In early 2023, Stuckless Consulting Inc. worked with the Halifax Cycling Coalition (HCC) on their Moving Forward Together project.
Our team developed a series of recommendations to help HCC build organizational capacity, and be more proactive in their cycling advocacy. These recommendations were based on local input, advice from peer organizations across Canada, and on our experience leading non-profit advocacy organizations.
We love opportunities to support non-profit capacity building and advocacy, and it's been wonderful to see some of the recommendations moving forward in Halifax already!
