Rolling Forward with Cycling Skills Training in Ontario

I've partnered with the Ontario Active School Travel program of Green Communities Canada (GCC) to host a webinar about cycling skills training programs in schools!

The webinar will take place on Thursday, June 23rd @ 1pm (EDT). It is free and open to everyone who is interested.

Participants in this webinar will hear from a panel of people who have implemented cycling skills training programs in schools across Ontario. Panelists will touch on the lessons they have learned, and share replicable curriculum and other program materials that can be used to help kick start cycling skills training efforts across the province.

Panelists with include Jaime Akiyama with Peterborough GreenUP's Pedal Power program, Andrew Hibma with New Hope Community Bikes' Ride Smart program, Urban Planning Graduate Student and DIY bike mechanics instructor Sabat Ismail, and Kristin Schwartz with CultureLink Settlement Services.

I am really looking forward to moderating this discussion, and I hope that you will sign up to join us!
